Photo by: engineroomblog on Flickr I like how this article addresses this issue. At times, I struggle with the idea of whether I’m a “journalist” or not. It used to be, that only people that were published in a magazine, or a newspaper were “real” journalists. The rest of us were just “wannabees” or “not good enough to get a job writing for the paper” or the second rung plain and simple “bloggers.” Bottom line, I keep a “journal” which [...]

Photo by: _Max-B on Flickr Apparently, she thinks that she got booted for starting a petition page to get Facebook to increase their friend limit on personal pages to beyond 5000. To me, that dog don’t hunt. There’s more to this, lots more, but we’re not being told what it is. Regardless, I’m sure in the Facebook TOS there’s a clause that this lady broke. Photo by: bobster855 on Flickr I love this article. I have to admit, every time I link to, or say something nice about an Alex Jones article or site, I always feel like my name is getting added to a watch list somewhere. I love the part where the author says: the return of the Neo-con faction is in an all out assault against the foundations of our country, the two things which make the United States of America unique [...]
I caught up with Ileen Haddad aka @ileenieweenie on Twitter during blogathonatx on Saturday, August 26 2010. Blogathonatx, was in my opinion, a smash hit. Unfortunately, I was not able to partake in the beer consumption, but I did enjoy the company and the atmosphere at the place.
The last video of the series! It’s a top 10 list too! Actually, besides the top 10 list, I also talk about where I’m going to go from here with the daily video. I may end up still doing 1 a week or so, but just watch the video to find out what’s what.
I’m sorry, but I posit that this kid had brain damage before he performed this little stunt. Seriously, how stupid do you have to be to even think of doing something like this? I’d like to know where the teacher was when this little stunt happened, but I don’t think anyone needs to be sued over this. It doesn’t say if the kids plugged the cord into an electrical socket, but I imagine that that’s what they did. Seems like [...]
Now that we’re getting to the meat of things. In this video, I talk about why I think I will not become a household name. Don’t get me wrong, I think that I can achieve more, I just know what my limits are. I address my personal limits in this video.
Nearing the end of the road for these videos. This episode is about Google voice and a quirky feature of it.
I can attest that it’s important to have a pen with you when you go on a photo shoot. I think that you can also add a tablet of some kind so you can make notes. I wish I had a nice rig like this, and eventually I will. This past weekend I went on a photo shoot to a football game and packed just about everything that they outline in this article. Eventhough I have not been posting them here, I have still been plugging away at my 31 days of youtube challenge. I recorded this episode at Blogathon ATX.
