Google Doodle Honors Art Clokey

Today’s Google doodle honors Art Clokey and is pretty cool. If you click on the different balls and you’ll see a different character pop up, do something and then melt back into a ball.

Art Clokey was a stop motion animation pioneer, and he would’ve turned 90 today. Without Mr. Clokey, we wouldn’t have had Southpark. I, for one, am grateful for that.

I looked around for some Gumby videos to post, but instead decided to post this video. It was made by a then 10 year old kid and it features Cthulhu juggling a ball. I felt that something that meshed Southpark and Gumby would be the best thing to post.
