They play the first Friday of the month at the student union on the Texas State University campus. The place is called George’s and it’s in the basement of the student union building. They usually only play during the school year, since the band is part of a school class, but sometimes you can find them playing some other gigs around town.  One of the neat things about the band is that the kids in the band actually get credit for singing and performing.

They have salsa dancing lessons before the show and during an interlude, so don’t worry if you don’t know how to dance. I don’t know how to dance salsa very well and I still manage to have a great time.
